Well I don't know which is worse, a country decimated by a natural disaster, tens of thousands of dead and injured, that allows its population to suffer needlessly by refusing international aid, or an international aid program that admits that many of its own aid workers are trading food and medical supplies for sex with local aid recipients that have suffered from natural disasters. It's truly a sad state of affairs.
